AppLocker Terms of Use

Welcome to AppLocker ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppLocker, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered users.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AppLocker for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

3. Subscription and Payments

AppLocker offers free and premium features via in-app purchases or subscriptions:

• Payment: Payments are processed through your iTunes account upon subscription confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iTunes & App Store settings.
• Free Trial: If offered, the free trial will auto-renew to a paid subscription unless canceled 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscribing during the trial ends the trial period immediately.
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• Not use the App for illegal purposes or to harm others.
• Not attempt to bypass or interfere with the App’s security features.
• Be responsible for safeguarding your password and account details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the App, and any data stored locally may be deleted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or unauthorized access.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the People’s Republic of China.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email (if provided). Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
